Inquiry: Starcheat Abandoned?

So I've been browsing around the github and stuff and I've been seeing lots of things about adding support and how you can do it yourself. But for a lot of us less code-savvy people, is Starcheat still being developed by original dev(s) and is a release planned?

I haven't seen the original developers in a while now. I'm maintaining the project by myself for now, but I have a lot of other stuff going on, so I'm really only doing the bare minimum to keep it functional. I don't think there will be a new release any time soon.
