Weapon mods broken

Weapon modding fails every time, just reverts the gun back to its original stats upon launching the game. Could you please make it so there are more weapons that we can mod, instead of just generated guns, and please fix the modding issue. Thanks.

will need to look into how weapons are generated now, the method used now hasn't been updated in a long time. this will probably happen after support is added for unstable's new file format
