convert trained weights back to original file format

Hi everyone, I would like to convert the trained weights back to the original file format of yolov3.weights to use them in other Yolo implementations. Is there a way to convert the three saved files weights.index, weights.meta and weights.data.. back to one single weights file yolo.weights?

I want to use yolov3 to predict the number of real-time person from the rtsp stream with suited interval,anyone has the right python file?
