Coc extension doesn't run

After installing it and opening a tsx file with imports I see nothing showing up. Checking the list of extensions in Coc shows the extension is disabled. Trying to enable it shows a spinner for a split second and then nothing, the extension stays disabled.

I tried turning on "importCost.debug" but wasn't sure where to find the output.

If you can tell me how to collect a log I'm happy to post it here.

Codelens is enabled.
