Restore support for pure-native/hybrid Projects

Description

While greenfield React Native projects are well supported on Android, support for brownfield / pure-native ones seems to be broken. With an effort I assume to be not incredibly large, we ought to have this fixed.

It's hard to tell for sure at this point, but it does seem unlikely - at least for ~Q3 area. Presumably, we'll be busy introducing multi-apps support and doing some refactoring, all-the-while having a slow Q overall (in work-days perspective).
