CPU usage spikes to 100%

Since I added the extension to VS Code it often increases it's CPU usage to 100%. I disabled it and it looks fine. Anyone experienced this before?

Sorry, yes of course.

MacOS High Sierra MacBook Pro 2017, 2,3GHz CPU, 16GB Ram

@lgraubner tested it on MacBook Pro 2016 with Sierra and I dont see an issue. Ill be at a conference until EOW. Then ill upgrade the OS and give it a go.
