Why isn't this a PR to VSCode?

@iddan I've heard that idea several time already. Im considering it. Before that happens though, there are several improvements that that need to happen before ill feel comfortable with that idea. I'd love for the community to make this happen :) Any suggestions and feedback is always welcome.

@iddan I'm not sure that it'll be accepted. After all, VS Code is not exclusively used for React. It might make a cool built-in extension to have (disable-able), but just like a lot of language server extensions aren't built-in, I don't think this one should be either.
