Missing custom css for root node(s)

Hi there, Thanks so much for this library, it is awesome.

All examples that are shown display many nodes at the root. I need a tree with only one root node (and many children). It would be great if we could have a custom css defined for root node(s). This would allow to remove the padding-left: 10px for instance that shifts the tree to the right that I don't need.
