ESP32-S3 variant

Looks like a great hardware project but the code I would wish to run on it requires the newer S3 version of the chip.

What are the chances of getting some of those made or at least the files updated so I could try and order some myself from a fabrication company?

I believe the matrix library supports s3 now, but I don't have any plans to create new versions of the hardware, my hardware days are behind me unfortunately!
