  • Add Train-Case
  • Add Twain-Case (alias for Train-Case, based on snek_case and PascalCase)

I'm not sure the "twain" alias fits that well, can you remove it from this PR? It could be revisited later (e.g. discussed in an issue) if you feel strongly about having it included.

Also sorry about taking so long to respond, this project is basically the lowest priority on my todo 🥲
