What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? Allows the installation of Starship through Fig.

Hey @matchai, I would also love this plugin to be added to Fig Plugins! I pulled down your PR and built it locally, but am having issues getting it to run after installing. When I run fig source I get error: Could not sync remote dotfiles.
Things have likely changed in the year that this PR has been open. I'm happy to revisit and fix up this PR once I get confirmation from project maintainers that there'd be interest in having this PR be merged.
I have reached out to the maintainers via Discord to get help in updating this PR, but have yet to hear anything back. The plugins documentation most likely is outdated.
I also have worked on adding in Configuration section for starship.toml that I am happy to contribute to your PR!
