This PR updates the german translation of the markdown-content.mdx documentation. I initially wanted to start with the integration guide for mdx when I noticed that it references markdown-content.mdx a lot and that the german translation was missing a lot of things.

Auf die Schnelle finde ich gerade keine weiteren Fehler 👍 Aber bei dem Umfang dieser PR sollte auf jeden Fall noch jemand anderes drüber schauen. Da gibt es sicher noch etwas, was wir beide übersehen haben.
