Hi @scott-the-brewer ! You can follow the linked Astro PR to check on its progress! The platform team decides when PRs get added to a "milestone", and then I review the docs accordingly.

This is not scheduled for 4.9, as it doesn't have the milestone label, and it looks like it is still very early in the review process, so I don't think this will be released soon. But, following along the Astro PR will give you the most information!
