[URGENT] Username changed and apps do not appear after migrating to meta account

What is the current behavior? After migrating to meta account the username on wit.ai was 'devjor' and after the migration it is 'moathtarshihi' it is connected to the same facebook account as before. Also, we made sure that the 'Migrate your data from your Facebook account to your Meta account' was ticked. None of the apps that were on the old account are found on the new one and we don't know how to restore them. The account has many apps, but these are the ids of the apps of that we need now: 2456049344704470 1532251193629758 703152918164434 1032570294365337
If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.
What is the expected behavior? To be able to view all the apps we have on this account

@aya-labiba I can find the wit user with name 'devjor' and the apps are still linked to that wit user. The wit user is not migrated. I cannot find a wit user with name 'moathtarshihi'. Most probably, the facebook user linked to the meta account is not the facebook user who owns 'devjor'. Can you double check which facebook account was used to login wit.ai before? And then check if the facebook account is linked to the meta account in the meta account center?
im having the same issue after logging in with meta i cannot find all my apps
@Manuel2u Can you open another issue about your problem? And do you remember your previous wit user name? Or do you remember one of the wit apps that previously owned by you? Before digging deeper into the details, can you double check if your Meta account is linked to your FB account which was used to login wit.ai in the past? The wit apps migration requires the account linking. When you open a new issue, hope you can offer all these information which will help us identify the root cause of the problem.
@morning-calm Can you take a look at the issue: https://github.com/wit-ai/wit/issues/2657 ? And see if that helps. If it doesn't help, can you open a new issue for your problem? Offer as much information as possible, e.g. your old wit username, one of your wit apps, or any other information that you can remember.
Hi @ChrisyShine, sorry for replying late but we did not have access to the account until today. This is the email that is supposed to be connected to devjor account and the facebook account: [email protected]
When we migrated to meta, this the account that is appearing for us:

We do not have access for devjor at all and all the new apps that are automatically created in our application are being imported into mouathtarshihi account. We are sure that this the same account
@aya-labiba Since the old and new wit account have the same email address, it proved that you own the old account. I've migrated all the apps from the old account to the new Meta login account. And the new Meta login account name is updated to be devjor.
