Please add a toggle to make certain wishes permanently unfulfilled

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

The problem is that if I add something to my wishlist like, say, a gift card that I would not mind getting multiples of, if someone "fulfills" it, it hides it from other people viewing my wishlist. It would be nice if items like that could be made permanently viewable so everyone seeing my wishlist knew that getting me a gift card to a shop I like is a good option.

I'd like the option to manually make certain wishes unable to be fulfilled, maybe with a simple checkbox.

I'm not really sure of an alternative option.

I just remembered that #94 is related. Perhaps an infinite quantity would make sense.

I was gonna comment on the other PR about infinite quantity yeah, I think it would fit nicely.
