Dynamic shared memory fails

Hi, I am on the windows 7 32-bit machiene. When I'm trying to run the command "ipcmk -Q" within flinux shell flinux.exe crashes(debug mode in vc2015++ shows on int 3 elsewhere in the code assambley).
