Add windows specific steps to test the project

Some user have complained that running the tests is not straightforward on Windows.

Expected behavior

The README.md from the server project specifies how to run the tests on Windows.

Actual behavior

It is not clear how to run the tests on Windows.

In General settings you have to check the option "Expose daemon on tcp://localhost:2375 without TLS" dockersettings
