Start displaying the unconfirmed transactions

Unconfirmed transactions are only visible by searching them, while we can display them in a tab.

We can follow the same in-memory syncing approach described in # #179, and then, expose an API to display those.

On the view side, this is one example from https://explorer.bitcoin.com/btc, we can display the tx time, amounts, and other details you consider important:
