Couple of suggestions (multiple keybinds and dedicated sniper movements)

This is a great start! I have two suggestions for more customizability:

1. Add ability to bind multiple keys to a single function
2. Add ability to bind keys to MoveSniperLeft/Right/Up/Down to allow precision movements without needing to activate Sniper Mode

Multiple keybinds would also solve 2. automatically since you could bind the same key to both sniper move and movement.
