Sending of messages is taking almost 2 minutes

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Today, the browser version of Android has updated to 2023-03-07-production.0. Since the update it is taking almost two minutes between pressing the send button and the time when the message is shown to be sent. This delay is making Wire almost unusable for me.

What is the expected behaviour?

Before the update the messages were sent within 1-2 seconds. It should be similar now.

Which browser are you using?

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/110.0

Same behavior here, webapp is barely usable with a room of 15+ members. Tested with Chromium snap ubuntu (110.0.5481.100) and uBlock Origin.

Same for me. It's basically unusable, it lags for so long between every single message Not even using the browser version Windows: Wire for Web Version 2023.03.07.08.22

is this still an issue? There is some latency with larger rooms because of the single-threaded nature of js. However its possible we had a bug occurring during the time this issue was opened, because 2 minutes is unheard of.
