Login to wire web app is not getting redirected to the next page

I have downloaded the wire-webapp-dev source code from github .Project is running on port 8081. While registering a new user I am getting Unexpected error .I haev attached screenshot of it . image

Also for already created user the page is redirecting to the same login page again .

This is not a problem with the webapp, but with your backend. Is brig healthy? What is the request and response that is failing?
