Video Size Limit

I have deployed the wire-server in docker-mode and connected wire android app. All working well but I cannot upload the long video. In nginx-docker.conf, I have added the following line to extend the upload body size. But still showing the 413 error even the video is shorter than 30 seconds. Would you kindly guide me on this issue?
