Not able to make video call for more than 2 people

• Cloud-Provider: AWS
• Installation type: Production
• Kubernetes version: 1.15.11
• Helm version: 2.16.7
• Installed with Kubespray: No
• List of installed top-level charts: databases-ephemeral, wire-server, nginx-ingress-services
• Other related technologies + version: Ansible, Terraform, Helm

What is the expected result?

I want to make a video call conference/ for more than 2 people

What is the actual result?

I am not able to make calls for more than 2 people. When I join more than 2 people the video button hide and not able to turn on video.

I can't find any logs for this issue on the server-side. Can you please help me with how to resolve this issue?
