Wire Desktop Doesn't Follow OS System Audio When Changed

If you watch the Audio/Video settings on macOS, when Default Input and Output is selected in Wire Desktop - then change the underlying OS input or output, you will see it visually detect and change in the dropdowns but it will not update during a call. This is different for manually changing the Wire audio settings.
