No camera access

Wire version: 3.19.3731 Wire for web version: 2020.09.21.10.08 Operating system: Windows 10 1909 (18363.1082) Which antivirus software do you have installed: Windows Defender

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. ( Everything working fine with wire version 3.18.3660, wire for web version 2020.09.21.10.08. )
  2. Wire automatically updates to version 3.19.3731
  3. Try to video call someone

What is the expected result?

  • Wire continues to have access to the camera since nothing, besides the wire version, has changed in the system.

What is the actual result?

  • I'm prompted with "No camera access" image

Hi @afonsobspinto, does the problem also occur with in Chrome on https://app.wire.com?

Version 3.21.2936 (Linux) Wire for Web Version 2021.01.18.16.46

I can't call anyone (without camera even), I get the same message. This is not great.

That was because I had no mic connected
