Too many processes on Windows

Wire version: hmmmmm, that's a good question. 3598 I think

Operating system: Win7 SP1 Which antivirus software do you have installed: None

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. No specific steps - it just stays on my PC
2. Maybe several suspend-wakeup cycles
3. Update 3562 -> 3598 using red button on top

What is the expected result?

Few processes, same version of Wire

What is the actual result?

A whole LOT of orphaned processes.

In #3179 it was related to using Electron library, but that issue is a bit different. Let's compare it to another Electron application. Riot is living on the same PC, same conditions, close to same usage.

This problem persists for longer than a year already.

Everything you need to create a whole bunch of orphans is to click a Wire icon several times.

Note that newly started process is v.3598 while its version window shows v.3562 (After killing all processes this version phenomenon disappeared)

Clicking the icon tray button does not spawn new processes I mean this one
