Wire is offline when is on ethernet internet connection

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Connect your device through ethernet cable (use docking station or some USB hub with built in RJ45 connector)
  2. Make sure you have turned off wifi connection and Data connection
  3. Try to send or receive messages - is not possible - wire appear as offline

You can check your internet connection with different application, where it should work. In my case is not work only for wire. Most common internet browsers and different messengers work fine.
