[Feature Request] [Android] Allow for usage of stickers like telegram

The problem

There currently is no way to download and use additional sticker packs on android. Signal, telegram, and whatsapp all provide this feature.

similar below, it(rocket chat) support for add various static and animate emoticons while has default emotions list however it import via server. just we expect add through android/ios/windows/linux clients

Any idea if we can follow in the footsteps of signalstickers.com to migrate stickers into Wire? Not a Signal fan. Telegram is great, but no encrypted group chats...
