SteamDetour doesn't recognize paths

I've been trying to use SteamDetour for playing Fallouet et tu as Fallout 1. After setting my launch options as the following: "C:\Users\Labargoth\Desktop\SteamDetour.exe" "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 2\Fallout1in2\Fallout2.exe" %command% for Fallout 2 and launching SteamDetour from my desktop I however receive and error.
