Feature request: Add support for shuffle/random order playlist

Thank you for the great work on Hörbert and its software.

I have a feature request: Would it be possible to add support for shuffle playlists? Similar to how you enable playlists for wifi, bt or microphone recordings, there could be a toggle that would make a playlist always play in random order. This would be very useful for parents that don't want their kids to repeating the same song over and over again, and also it would better allow local Hörbert playlists to mimic a radio station.
