Winton.Extensions.Configuration.Consul [Bug] Consul bug : Requesting Winton.Extensions.Configuration.Consul update with new consul package with issue fix

We have raised consul bug https://github.com/G-Research/consuldotnet/issues/329 on issue with consul Url with subpaths. They are in progress of fixing the bug.

Raised this bug to consume latest consul into Winton.Extensions.Configuration.Consul, After they fix the issue. We will keep this issue updated once they fix it.

Hi @Choc13 , https://github.com/G-Research/consuldotnet/issues/329#issuecomment-2262278638 have fixed the issue and released new package, It would be great if you can update with this package and let us know once release candidate is ready. Thanks for help.
