Support CSV exports on readonly file systems
Currently the ExportModel works with temporary files to generate the file and then provide a download in a response, but it would be great if the files could either be easily stored on an external filesystem for caching purposes or perhaps generated and streamed from the request memory instead of touching the disk at all.
