Issue description

The "Move files or folders" dialog remains above the area where you can select a new destination.

Backdrop is between destination select and dialog

Steps to replicate

1. Open Media
2. Select any file.
3. Click Move button
4. "Move files or folders" dialog is shown, click on "Destination folder" input.
5. Options are shown behind the dialog
