Different event id for stop, start, restart

Problem statement. I have a program is managed with Winsw. As for now, the event id in Event Viewer is always 0 when stop, start, restart.

Describe the solution you'd like. It may specify the different event id for different event, for example, stopping, stopped, starting, started,etc.
