Feature: Separate view option "Always On Top" for process specific windows.

The Main window can get in the way quite frequently when I juggle around to desktop in my performance tests, so it would be cool if process specific properties dialogs would have it's own Always-On-Top setting and anything set in the Main window would be ignored.

One step further would be to further separate this option even between the process-specific dialogs themselfs, so one could apply this option to only one of the process-properties dialogs and not all of them when working with multiple processes.
