Start-delay only supports 2 decimal places

This is my interpretation, but the issue is still terse and doesn't explain much about the issue.

start-delay is parsed the same way any time is, it should support more than 3 decimal places, the third decimal is not shown, maybe its that?

That is very possible, I just thought about bringing here the issues that made sense to me, and eventually closing them if already fixed or impossible to act upon.

I think remote control should have priority on other feature requests, cause it allows LibreSplit to work well under wayland environments too (sidestepping the global keys issue)
