In the SVG, dragging 'too fast' lets go of the point

To reproduce:

• Click on one point and drag quickly

Results:

• As the cursor leaves the expanded circle, it stops dragging, and instead starts selecting the text (since it still counts the click as being held down)

Tested in Safari and Chrome, same issue on both
