guile-fibers armhf/armel "make check" error: tests/concurrent-web-server.scm: connect: Connection refused

Hi! Guile-fibers is now in Debian: https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/guile-fibers

However the build fails on armhf and armel:

Any ideas why? Is this #94? Why is it only triggered on 32-bit archs? It builds fine on all other archs:

I'll see if I can disable that particular self-test meanwhile, I see there is already some XFAIL_TESTS=tests/concurrent-web-server.scm in there but it doesn't seem to be working.
