Support for Keyboard-Interactive Authentication?

In my case, I first connect to the host with a password, and then I am prompted with two-factor authentication, which requires keyboard-interactive authentication. Currently, the window times out after prompting for my password.

Is there any way to get this working?

May be a work around. You may setup a ssh tunnel by putty first and then use sshfs to map a network drive.
