Why create new txt file repeated 4times on one operation?

When i create txt file(right click mouse button->create new txt file), it create 4 txt files?

I am facing this same issue. When create a folder looks like do nothing. But all of the suddenly after refresh (F5) show 4 different folder. Somebody fix it?

I fix this problem by use root account When I use non-root account connect to ssh server by sshfs-win.It will create 4 txt files If I use root account. It only create 1 file and work fine But I think this solution is not good , because secure issue Anyone has better idea?
