create_file_umask option does not allow to overwrite

I used the create_file_umask=0000 to force files to be as "chmod 777" and it works. Problem is that once a new file is created, it cannot be overwritten if you drag it again on the sftp drive, saying you have no permission, while it is not true as you may delete the file and place it again.

What's wrong?
