Add wrappers for d3d8 (and older) and glide

It would be nice to have some old games with modern render. If something like d3d8to9 can work together with VK9, then it's possible to run Max Payne and other games of this time period with Vulkan render. Maybe it's a good idea to make a list of all available wrappers and use the ones that work best.
