Unexpected Pod failure (aka "Screamer")

OmniCore 1.0.702 alpha (Know issue:)

Unexpected number of Pod failures ("screamer") within the expected lifespan of a Pod, not related to internal Pod failures.

Additional note: In my experience most of them are within a 24 hour period after activation? Initial database analysis suggest this might be caused by to many baselrate changes?
