bug:moving a script from the script settings page does not work

Describe the bug

trying to mvoe a script from the script settings page shows a toast error

To reproduce

1. create a script in a folder
2. save the script
3. exit and reopen
4. try to move the script from the script settings page - get an error
5. moving the script from the home page -> 3 dots -> move or rename does work

Expected behavior

script settings page should let you move the script to a new folder, same behavior as home -> 3 dots
