Attach "Probe Module -> Endmill Diameter" to Designer "Tool Diameter"

Description

If the user is in the UGS Designer and operating the probe module at the same time it is extremely likely that the "Tool Diameter" setup in the probe module is the actual tool in the machine and it should be linked to the probe module.
