Can't use outline from joystick control

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Enable joystick controls
  2. Add a button mapped to Actions/Program -> Outline
  3. Press the button

Expected behavior Machine moves in outline, same as pressing the outline button in toolbox or right clicking the visualizer (both of which do work for me).
