Add script to scrape HN and Reddit for submissions links

The idea is to see if there are any submitted links to recent blog posts and, if there are, add them to the metadata in the content files.

For HN, could use the API, or just scrape. Not sure about Reddit.

If scraping, would use these:

• https://news.ycombinator.com/from?site=wincent.com
• https://www.reddit.com/domain/wincent.com/

Also not sure if this is worth it or a good idea.
