Filenames with Unicode may present problems when syncing via Dropbox

Not sure why yet, but given a filename "DNI electrónico.md", I would up with two files on one of my machines:

• "DNI electrónico (Unicode Encoding Conflict).md"
• "DNI electrónico (Unicode Encoding Conflict)(1).md"

I think this happened during the Dropbox sync, somehow.
