Support for connecting to GNOME Boxes / update documentation

On immutable systems like Fedora Kinoite/Silverblue or OpenSUSE Kalpa/Aeon, you're supposed to only install Flatpaks. The only option to run a VM is GNOME Boxes. I'm not sure if Winapps can already connect to a Windows VM running in the Flatpak version of GNOME Boxes. If it does, this would be a useful addition to the documentation.

We're using quickemu right now, which just wraps around qemu directly. However, you should just run the VMs directly on the host. This seems more like an issue of how those distros handle things, not like a problem directly related to winapps
