RDP_SCALE not Working

I have a laptop with 2240 x 1440p Resolution. The Windows is so large but all the text and everything is so tiny. Tried Changing RDP_SCALE but seems nothing changed.

I have the same issue with a 3840x2400 display. What is the reason for the wontfix tag? Quite disappointing that it fails because of such a minor detail

This is a FreeRDP issue. We can't fix them.

Oh, that's the meaning of the FreeRDP tag. Thank you for the answer. Also, in my case the scaling does work but 180 isn't enough. I would probably need ~300% scaling for it to look normal. Is there any way to go past the highest defined value (180) or is this also a FreeRDP issue?

They don't allow higher values than that. Did you try setting the scaling within Windows?
